Dubex CMS (Case Management System) is an online system for handling of support cases. Here you can open new support cases, view the status of existing cases, add new information and new contacts in your company to a support case.

Dubex runs a database with all customer licenses. In licenses you find an overview of the licenses in your security system registered in this database.

DEMS
DEMS (Dubex Enterprise Managed Security) is a service for monitoring and management of customer safety systems. Customers who subscribe to DEMS have access to a wide range of data - status of individual components, traffic distributions and analysis tools.
