  Dubex support have opening hours from 9.00 - 17.00 all workdays excl. saturdays, the 5th of june (Constitution day) and the 24th of december (Christmas Eve). Dubex 24-hour duty are manned 7*24 hours and can be reached outside normal working hours at the telephone numbers given when the 24/7-support agreement took place.
