If you have a Dubex Support agreement, you can contact Support by phone or email, or you can sign in to the Dubex Client Portal.
Dubex Support Center is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 – 17:00, excluding official holidays and the 24th and 31st of December.
Dubex 24-hour duty is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached outside normal working hours at the telephone numbers given when the 24/7-support agreement was signed.
