Dubex’s Managed EDR service is built on the most advanced endpoint technology, based on machine learning and artificial intelligence. The technology detects whether malware has been installed on an endpoint, uses automated mitigation, and provides both offline and online protection.
On top of Managed EDR, the Dubex Cyber Defense Center (CDC) provides a 24×7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Service – understood as a continuously proactive monitoring of alarms initiated by our best practice use cases. For a long time we have been able to collect logs from the endpoint, but now with an EDR solution our analysts have access to the telemetry at the endpoint, and can thus to a much greater extent ensure an in-depth analysis and reduction of false positives, so that the customer receives better qualified alarms.
